If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in exchange for other or have refund within 14 days after receipt of the item. Remember, you are obligated to send the goods back to us at your own expense. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in unused condition to avoid refusal of the returned product or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged products must be in unused condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items. Any signs of wear, removal of parts, will result in refusal of your return. Please note, that all returns are subject to prior inspection. Only after a successful inspection we will be glad to refund your money back.
– All returns must be properly packed in an outer shipping carton.
– All returned packages must be insured to full value.
– A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.
– If a package is refused by the customer, shipping will be deducted for the cost of shipping to and from the customer.
– Watches made on special request or custom made watches are not subject of return policy.
